What we collect and why.
We collect any information you send to us via our contact form. We offer this form as a convenience so you can email us without an email client. If you have an email client, you can reach us directly at info@seancemedia.com. If you’re more comfortable using text, you can message us at +1 (856) 438-0298. Please note, this is an American telephone number and normal texting rates will apply.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about the technology you use to load our website (e.g., browser version, screen size, computer type, etc.) For example, we may know that an Android phone used Chrome to access the website, but we don’t know that it was your Android phone or who you are. This data is aggregated with all other users on the website so we can compare stats (e.g., more iPhone users than Android users visited us this year.)
How your information is protected
We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no data transmission is 100% secure, so we don’t make any promises.
Our merchant account is Level 1 PCI compliant.
We respect Do Not Track (“DNT”) settings in browsers.
We don’t sell your personal information.
The data you provide is only available to the Séance Media staff members completing your project.
If we need to share your data
We’ll only share it with your consent.
We will object to improper requests.
If pressed to share your data in response to a legal matter, you will be given advance notice so you can challenge it (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we are prohibited from doing so by law or court order.

Policy Brief & Purpose
As a member of The Future Society, Tome Wilson has shaped key aspects of the artificial intelligence laws protecting human rights in the United States and Europe. Because of this, Seance Media is especially committed to the safe use of AI in the execution of our business.
This policy details the best practices we use to ensure AI is only used ethically and responsibly.
AI Data Privacy
Our business is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data. Our AI usage follows security best practices such as:
Only use AI tools cleared by our founder and compliant with U.S. laws.
Remain aligned with our data privacy policy.
Do not upload or share confidential data without approval.
Do not share access to our AI tools without approval.
Use tools from reputable sources that meet our standards.
AI tools may be used to assist with image creation when no suitable stock is available, and text formatting to assist with tasks like checking spelling or grammar, but not for creative writing. All other artwork is to be created by humans.
We strive to use photos by photographers and text by human writers, aiming to phase out AI-generated content over time.
Compliance
All employees read and sign this policy before using AI tools. Non-compliance may result in their termination and liability for damages.
