  • Spearheaded product designs for flagship platforms like Corporate.Comcast.com, Xfinity Home, Comcast Labs, Xfinity Connect (Email, Messaging, and Phone app), and design systems like XDS 1.0, owning design, UX/UI features, and regulatory compliance to protect the brand integrity. 

  • Prevented over $10M in compliance penalties during the pandemic by partnering with Microsoft to design accessibility solutions for Microsoft Teams, creating the world’s first WCAG 2.1 compliant video streaming platform.

  • Co-produced Comcast Labs Connect hybrid conferences to enhance Comcast’s reputation as a technology leader and attract top talent. Directed marketing, planning, ticketing, talent, and front of house for a dozen international events under the CLC brand featuring global experts in AI, Product Design, and Cyber Security.

  • Increased NBC’s streaming audience by 16% (adding +800k users) by using data analysis to identify an untapped market, disabled users. Created a strategy to secure senior stakeholder approval and led a tiger team to redesign the Olympics app in under three months, ensuring WCAG compliance.

  • Pioneered a metaverse prototype for Universal Destinations & Experiences predating Fortnite, integrating franchises such as Despicable Me, Jurassic Park, and Kung Fu Panda into an interconnected immersive digital experience for families.
